The beer selection at Riley’s is under constant surveillance by both our staff and our customers. We keep a wide variety of beers in stock, including beers from most Wisconsin microbreweries. Not only do we have sixteen coolers stocked with a variety of beers in packaged form, we also have an additional six coolers dedicated to beers in single bottle format from the some of the best microbreweries in the nation, and from those abroad.

As an added bonus for those choosing to diversify their beer purchases, Riley’s offers customers a 10% discount on the purchase of six or more single beers. Bottles available for single purchase are individually priced and are located in our singles section.  Riley’s kindly requests that customers don’t mix and match from our six-pack selection, as this interferes with other customer’s purchases. If you can’t find something that you’d like to purchase by the individual bottle, please ask an employee for assistance—chances are, we’ll be willing to break up a six pack for you. Most beers are available by the case and, while you won’t find them up front, our employees are ready and willing to fetch any additional products from our stock room.

2007 Y2K in the Beer Cellar

In 2009, Riley’s began to cellar a small selection of beers to be released for purchase on a limited basis. These beers were identified by our knowledgeable staff to be of particular excellence and age-worthiness. Our first release of our cellar selection happened during the 2010 Great Taste of the Midwest, and was met with enthusiasm by our beer-loving customers. Some of the featured beers were the 2007 Cosmyk Charlie’s Y2K Barleywine from Central Waters and the 2008 edition of the New Glarus Alt! We’re expanding our cellar collection, and hope to have more frequent releases as inventory grows to meet the demand.
